Wild Goose Pinot Gris

A lively, zesty Pinot Gris showing fresh green apple, pear, honeydew melon, lemon and lime with hints of pineapple and nectarine.
The palate is dry and crisp with more of the intense ripe pear and honeydew, lemon sherbet,
vibrant ruby grapefruit zest, floral Okanagan apple blossom and some savoury baking spice notes with a long finish.

The grapes for our 2021 Pinot Gris were harvested in September and October.
A small portion (15 % of the final blend) was fermented in barrel before being blended and aged in tank for 5 months.
The wine was later filtered, stabilized and bottled in March 2022.
The grapes were sourced from vineyards across the Okanagan making this wine a lovely representation of the valley as a whole.

Pair with a mild white fish or vegetarian Thai green curry, or Caesar salad with grilled chicken
